Honest take. I was skeptical about trusting a studio with something as critical as Gappy's core workflow engine. Three months later it's in production without a single incident. The architecture they picked wasn't the obvious call, but it held up. They pushed for it, explained why, and delivered. I've rarely seen that level of conviction from a vendor.
